韩国人参鸡汤

到韩国店去逛, 看到了包装的人参鸡汤料.
有两个不同的版本, 价钱也没什么差别.
报着姑且一试的心态, 都买下了.

打开包装, 看看有什么料.
除了一把貌似人参的, 还有黄芪川弓红枣和干栗子.
我用了只走地鸡, 按照包装上的图片, 本来是要放点什么糯米,
我想最近吃太多糯米, 就省略了.

煮好的韩国人参鸡汤,
鸡汤清甜, 淡淡的参味.
冬天里, 热热的汤, 暖暖的心.

I have started to cook our dinner lately. How to prepare & steam a bowl of smooth & tasty "water egg" har? I tried once but failed. My "water egg" turned out to be rough & a lot of holes (bubbles).
