东成西就

东成西就,也是好意头的年菜。

用冬菇,肘子和蚝干红烧而成。
肘子保留原只,用盐抹匀外皮,放入烤箱烤到猪皮酥脆。
和葱蒜配料及料酒酱油冰糖放入瓦锅内,中火煨到肉酥软。

This looks so good!!!! The skins looks like it'll melt in my mouth.

But I'll hate the roasting part of it. Use a lot of electricity and that doesn't finish off the cooking, have to braise some more...
So much work.. I'll rather pay than cook it myself. Yum Yum.

Ya, I know, that was lots of hassle.
Actually you can deep fry the pork hook. Or buy it from the roast pork stall.

Yeah.. most restaurants deep fry it, still it'll create a mess in my kitchen. Deep frying such a huge pork hock will use a lot of oil, plus splatter all around. I don't even like frying fish 煎鱼, what more deep frying 炸。
I wish I can come over to ur house for dinner , kekekekeke!!!!
