This looks so good!!!! The skins looks like it'll melt in my mouth.But I'll hate the roasting part of it. Use a lot of electricity and that doesn't finish off the cooking, have to braise some more...So much work.. I'll rather pay than cook it myself. Yum Yum.
Ya, I know, that was lots of hassle. Actually you can deep fry the pork hook. Or buy it from the roast pork stall.
Yeah.. most restaurants deep fry it, still it'll create a mess in my kitchen. Deep frying such a huge pork hock will use a lot of oil, plus splatter all around. I don't even like frying fish 煎鱼， what more deep frying 炸。I wish I can come over to ur house for dinner , kekekekeke!!!!
