蜜糖花生和咖哩豆

蜜糖花生
材料:
2cup烤香的花生, 2TBSP芝蔴
A. 2TBSP 油,2TBSP蜜糖, 2TBSP水,(混合)
B. 1/2 tsp盐 1/3 cup 砂糖 (混合,先置一旁)

烧热锅,把混合物A放入锅内煮滚,随后放入花生豆,一直炒到干.
最后加入混合物B,还有芝蔴,拌匀即熄火,移入浅盘内摊凉.
凉后把花生弄散,装罐.

咖哩豆
材料:
500G烤香的杂豆,(杏仁,腰豆,核桃,花生,pecan, hazel nuts...)
1粒蛋白,
2TBSP咖哩粉,
1tsp cumin 粉
1tsp 盐

把蛋白打发得起泡,均匀拌入豆中,洒入混合的咖哩粉,cumin 粉和盐,再拌好.
烤箱预热150度C,把拌好的豆放入烤10--15分钟,直到豆香脆干爽.

这个很香很香,一些pub里卖来下酒,一级棒!
