电动制面机

我有两架几乎一模一样的制面机,
同一个牌子, 同设计, 只是一架有motor,
另一架没有.

本来我有一架旧的制面机,但是很紧,要很用力才能较动.
老公帮我拆了说要service, 但是拆了后, 再也装不回去, 成了一堆废铁.
我心里很不爽, 他只有到店里去抱了架新的回来给我.
每次做面条, 我总是要等儿子得空, 帮我较面.
我嘴里嘀嘀咕咕地: 要是有台motor, 能自动较面, 那我就不必求人了.
老公听到了, 上网帮我买了架带motor的制面机, 虽然是二手的, 但是还是很新.
我觉得自己有点被宠坏了.

我每次做面条都做很大量, 最少2KG面粉, 有了架电动制面机就方便多了.
只要一按控钮, 制面机就徐徐转动, 速度刚刚好.

这次做的是油面, 烫熟了冷冻收藏.

A manual pasta maker is very handy for making small batch of noodle, but not for bulk making. You also can use pasta maker to press bao dough. That makes very fine mantou.
