晒瓜果

天气开始转凉了。
借着夏天的艳阳,我把吃不完的瓜果晒干。
感谢太阳。

番茄干。

无名氏问, 如何制作番茄干。
是这样的..
选不要太熟的番茄, 体形比较结实肉厚的.
切半, 把种子囊切掉挖开.
把肉的部分向上, 放在太阳底下晒.
也可以放到有风扇的烤箱50度C, 半开炉门烤干.
如果要泡橄榄油, 晒到80%干就可以.

晒干了的瓜果有什么用途?当零食还是烹饪用?

苹果干可以当零食,好象那种无花果那样,酸酸的. 也可以拿来煲汤,即苹果汤.
番茄干我都是拿来做面包,煮菜焖肉都可以, 就象用番茄那样.

I saw this in an online recipe, but have no idea what it is. Even google translator can't give me ans explaination besides saying it's eggs.

I see.. Just put under the sun, no need to put any salt or dried herb? I'll try and see any different compare to what I bought from Camerson Highland.. Thanks
