田七鸡汤

很多人都知道,田七能散瘀活血.
近年来,一些老人家流行吃田七粉,
说是能降血脂,通血管.
青少年也适合吃些田七,因为年轻人活动量大,
常会磕伤碰损,田七也可以去伤积.

我煲田七鸡汤爱在汤料里加点玉竹红枣,那样可以中和田七的苦味.
还加几片姜,去处鸡的肉腥味.

放入电子沙锅里炖煮,能让田七更出味.
