材料:
牛奶 1/2 cup
牛油 8 tbsp
酵母 1tbsp
温水 3/4 cup
糖小撮
高筋面粉 5--5 1/2 cup
糖 1/3 cup
盐 1 1/2 tsp
蛋 3
香草精 2 tsp
柠檬皮一个刨碎

做法:
牛奶和牛油煮溶,或放入微波炉里叮也可以.
酵母放入温水和糖小撮, 激活至发泡.
用搅拌器做法和牛奶面包一样.

cream cheese(原味) 250g
糖 1/4 cup
面粉 1 tbsp
蛋 1粒(小)
vanilla 1 tsp
把所有材料打发, 放入冰箱,让其硬化结实!

辫子包馅的做法:
1. 把一半面团杆成长方形,分成三等份,两旁割斜条.

2. 把馅料放入中央, 铺平.

3. 相互间隔地把条状面团铺在馅料上.
