如意鸡卷.........就叫吉祥如意吧!!

做法:
鸡胸肉切成薄片, 摊开, 放调味腌好.那是一般的调味品,就放些盐糖胡椒粉.......腌两个小时..喜欢浓郁的就放些五香粉咖哩香料之类的..

杂菜丝, 有红罗卜, 洋葱, 青葱....这很随意的, 也可以放些火腿, 味道更好!

把杂菜丝铺上, 两边向内卷起, 好象如意卷那样!

用棉绳绑紧固定.......

放入pan煎熟, 用小火煎到两面金黄...(也可放入烤箱烤..)

(煎多少时间我就没有去记录, 凭感觉的....用镬铲敲敲拍拍...感觉有弹性就熟了..或者dok它一下, 流出清汁就是熟了.)
好了就可切片上碟, 可沾梅酱或辣椒酱吃~~
