青菜煮的懒人餐....没什么花俏...放到烤箱一锅熟..
就配一杯自己酿制的 feijao wine....很 dry 下...要醉了..
我是选用 lamb shoulder chop....特别选有两支骨的那部分....因为在骨头之间的肉会比较嫩!!
醃肉: 1KG肉:1tsp盐:1/2 1tsp糖:1tbsp油: 1tbsp孜然粉:1/2 1tsp胡椒粉
醃至少两个小时..然后180度C...烤大约40分钟..

这个孜然粉配羊肉特别香.....还能把羊肉的羶味去掉...
